Is a cage that is 81 x 54 x 95cm big enough for a green cheeked conure?
The cage is a large Flight Cage made from Stainless Steel bars.I am also wondering if it could also if it can hold about 5 toys +seed and veg containers and so on. Tell me your point of view and state the good and bad things about the cage…
That sounds big enough if arranged right. Th most important thing that people often forget is that birds need room to out stretch their wings without bumping into anything. He will need a variety of perches in various sizes and textures. (It’s a good preventative measure against debilitating arthritis in his later years). Also, you do not mention the spacing in between the bars, so make sure they are close enough together that the green cheek can not put his neck through and accidentally break his neck.
