Canary Lovebird Cage

what is the recommended temp in a bird room in winter?
i have been worried about the temp in the winter as i am going to be breeding in the summer but for the past couple of weeks i have lost 10 birds i think its because its cold as i have not had an heater on so what is the best temp for the winter i have cocktateils, budgies, lovebirds, finches and canary’ all paired in Breeding Cages my bird room has Doublele glazed windows so in the day its really bright and all insulated walls the room is about 20ft by 10ft by 8ft tall i live in the uk in wigan so it does get really cold hear
Every bird can live at a specific temp. but a minimum of 15 oC would be great for all. Make sure the room is not damp and humid and that it has an access to fresh air.
